We deliver using JNE and takes 2- 3 business days to fulfil and pack your order depending on location. Orders before 15:00 WIB (GMT+7) will be
shipped the same day on Weekdays. No shipping on weekend.

Allow 2 - 3 business days to fulfill and pack your order. Your order will be processed by our standards service and we try our best to get your package to you as fast as possible.

Procedure

We only accept the item within maximum 1 days after the package is
received by customer.

The products must be returned maximum 2 days after customer
confirm to our Customer Service via WhatsApp or Email.

Please note that customer will be charged with all the shipping
payment (Customer to warehouse & Warehouse to customer).

Customer will not be charged for shipping payment if the problem
is from our side. (Customer only be charged for shipping payment from Customer
to Warehouse). 

Policy

Product must be returned unworn,
undamaged, unwashed & unused with all the tags still attached
& packaging included and will take 7 business days from submitted
request.

We will exchange or refund your product
accordingly within 7 working days.

Refund can only be processed if error made by
Wander etc.

We cannot accept any claims of damaged or
missing items without proof or evidence. We will file the claim if the customer
has a video, unboxing the package.
