How do I place an order?

Can I cancel my order?
Once payment has been successfully completed, your order is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. We kindly ask that you review your order details, including the style, color, size, and shipping information, carefully before completing your payment.
Does Wander.etc offer instant courier delivery?
Yes, instant courier delivery is available for selected areas in Indonesia. Please contact us via WhatsApp, or reach out to one of our authorized stockists in Indonesia to arrange an instant courier delivery to your address.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If you're located near one of our international stockists, we recommend purchasing directly from them. If there isn't a stockist in your area, please contact us via WhatsApp, and our customer care team will assist you with international shipping.
How much is the shipping fee?
Indonesia
We apply a flat shipping rate across Indonesia. The shipping fee will be displayed automatically during checkout.
International Orders

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Please make sure to enter the correct email address at checkout so you can receive order updates and shipping notifications.

How about sizing?
We recommend selecting your size based on the centimeter (cm) measurement rather than your usual shoe size, as sizing may vary between brands. If you have wider feet or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Can I place a custom order for a size that isn't available?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept custom size orders. Our footwear is only available in the sizes listed on our website and is produced according to our standard size range. If your size is currently unavailable, we recommend checking back for future releases, as availability may vary by collection.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
To maintain the exclusivity of our collections and provide a unique experience for our customers, we do not typically restock sold-out items within a short period. While some styles may return in the future, most collections are produced in limited quantities. If there's a style you love, we recommend purchasing it while it's available.
How should I care for my leather shoes?
To keep your leather shoes in their best condition, we recommend the following care:

If they become dirty, gently wipe them with a clean, dry cloth or tissue.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
